You have installed the WiKID two-factor
software token on your Blackberry and you are connected on your mobile
network, but when you try to add a domain, you get a message saying you
are offline and need to be online to create a WiKID Domain. Try rebooting the Blackberry, check your firewall settings and make sure that you can access the internet via the browser.
