version-3-0-of-the-wikid-strong-authentication

Thanks to everybody for all the hard work. I would especially like to thank the various people that have done bug-testing, submitted patches and written documentation.

A couple of things about the release:

The 3.0 server can process about 43 authentication transactions per second. That includes a mix of registrations and one-time passwords. That seems like a lot of authentications to me. Any feedback on that number would be appreciated.

Second: we're full-bore ahead with the next release. So look for more two-factor goodness down the road!
